Jack comes highly trained in Telephone marketing and Sales. Much more suited to Estate Agency he enjoys the more personal ‘one-2-one’ required to understand a buyers needs and ensures that good communication is a priority.
Jack has already achieved the professional standard in Sales from the National Association of Estate Agents proving his commitment to Stanford’s and ensuring that he is adapt at providing our clients with clear and concise information.
With his future set on running an office of his own, Jack’s efficiency and intention to provide his clients a high level of customer service will ensure that he will be a huge success with Stanford Estates.
Michaela has come from both a sales and service back ground with face to face and telephone sales training and prides herself on delivering the best service possible. After deciding to change her career path into the property sector Michaela has found her feet as an estate agent. Enjoying the diversity of the role, from introducing her clients to potential new homes to handing over the keys at the end of the transaction and all the milestones between. Born and bread in the Lewisham Borough she has seen the huge changes over the years, and is proud to be part of an area that is still growing in a positive way.
